Registration: Complete the online registration form for each person who will attend the class. At this time, online registrations require a valid purchase order number.

Registration sign-in is 7:45 AM the first day of class. Classes run 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM at Wagner Meinert’s Facility at 7617 Freedom Way, Ft. Wayne, IN 46818. or UA Local 166, 2930 Ludwig Road, Ft. Wayne, IN 46818. Location is determined by the course ID.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel up to 21 days prior to the first day of the seminar at no cost. If cancelling from less than 21 days but more than 3 days prior to the seminar, 50% of the cost will be billed, unless previous arrangements have been made. Failure to cancel or cancelling within 3 days of the seminar, the entire cost of the seminar will be billed. Subsititution of a qualified student at anytime incurs no additional cost.
